At Nashville Bodyworks we are passionate about helping our clients age strong! Years of working hard and raising a family may have left you with little time to care for yourself and now as an older adult you may be feeling some of the repercussions.
You want to be able to get on the floor and play with the grandchildren, take a trip out West and hike, get back into a sport or enjoy gardening all without a handful of Ibuprofen.
Structural Integration can be incredible for this population. It takes stress of the major joints and helps you learn to move more efficiently. At the end of a series I find that people feel and even look younger.
Many older adults are scared to get back to working out because they may have been injured in the past in a group class not designed for them. While we have people of all ages and abilities in our classes we will always make sure that you are safe and that the movements we teach will help and not hinder you.
