We at Nashville Bodyworks are very picky on where we send our clients for other types of movement, bodywork and healing modalities. These are places and people I know, trust and use myself.

SMARTCore Method: This is the mothership. If you want to take a great Pilates class or a SMARTCore Open level (which is higher than one I offer now), this is only place to go. They also have an amazing reflexologist, Anne Putnam and cutting edge movement assessment equipment that measures for muscle imbalances.

The Wellness Studio: Mark Fortney is an absolutely amazing Acupuncturist. I personally see him bi-weekly to keep my nervous system in check and often recommend that my series clients see him in between sessions to help with more subtle imbalances.

Integrative Therapy of Nashville: This is my go-to resource when trauma and heavy emotions come up on the massage table. Melanie Reese is a "tell it like it is" therapist and I like that. Her primary method is EMDR which she uses to treat trauma, migraines, and chronic pain. She also integrates other mind-body therapies in her practice, which is a compliment to the work I do as well.

Maeva Movement: Laurel is an exceptional Pilates teacher over in East Nashville. She has an impressive background in modern dance and I often refer clients who benefit from her private lessons.

Liberation Yoga: Raquel and I have been friends for quite sometime and she has created a great community feeling at her studio. Her classes are safe, creative and inspiring.

Sanctuary Yoga: Tom and Daphne were my first yoga teachers and are constantly adapting their teachings to accommodate tradition, as well as functional anatomy.

Get Fit 615: Kate Moore runs a great studio. It's body positive and when I go, I instantly feel welcome. Kate receives my work often and takes my classes. She's willing to learn, grow and adapt which are all signs of an excellent trainer.

The Southern Squeeze: Maria Bascetta is a bad-ass! I love her classes. Smart, safe and strong. This place is right down the street from me and I couldn't be more stoked to have them around.

Nashville Float Center: I love floating! I go about twice a month to help my body recover from a long week, help with insomnia and meditate. I recommend this to all my clients looking for stress relief or just a really interesting, cool experience.
